Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of 150+ claimant Personal Injury files
* Handling matters through the MOJ Portal
* Dealing with RTA, Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases
* Managing fast track and multi-track claims
* Utilising the Proclaim Case Management System (experience desirable but not essential)
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong communication and telephone skills
* Excellent IT and keyboard skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
