Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Children in Care Team
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: £42 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team based within the Children in Care team in Milton Keynes.

Primary Responsibilities as a CIC Social Worker:
5. Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome
6. Discharging care orders
7. Attending and Participating in Strategy meetings
8. Conducting Looked after Children Reviews
9. Completing Care Plans
10. Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
11. Completing Pathway Plans
12. Completing Children and Family Assessments
13. Multi Agency working with partner agencies
Qualifications and Experiences:
14. Social Work England registration
15. Eligible to work in the UK
16. Hold a full UK license
17. Post-qualified experience
18. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
