Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator Location: Knowle, Solihull Basic: £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience) OTE: £32,000 Job type : Full time, Permanent A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning, leading Independent agent, renowned for providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries. Schedule and conduct property viewings. Assist in negotiating rental terms and agreements. Maintain accurate records and support the lettings process. Assist with market research and property pricing. The Ideal Candidate: Strong communication and customer service skills.
