Position Overview
Retail Sales Assistant – Jollyes Pets – Burnley. Combine your passion for pets with your job and help deliver fantastic customer service to our pet parents, and build a grrrreat career with Jollyes.
Following exciting recent growth, we’re looking for a talented individual to be a Sales Assistant in our Burnley store. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company voted Best Retailer 2024 (under £250m t/o) by Retail Week and included in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list.
Responsibilities
* Provide genuinely helpful and friendly customer service.
* Uphold great store standards with available stock and maintain a clean and tidy presentation.
* Promote responsible pet ownership.
* Support store colleagues to maximise the potential of the store.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Fun personality who is great at interacting with pets and people.
* Enjoy challenges of a fast‑paced retail workplace.
* Preferably have experience in a similar customer‑facing environment and a hands‑on approach.
* Must offer the highest levels of customer service and be an ambassador for the Jollyes brand, sharing our values of Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, and Together.
* High level of flexibility required – able to cover any shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
