Office-based / hybrid role. East Midlands.

The Job Role Details
We are now looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Rural Land Agent and Commercial Surveyor with the potential to develop into Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong client base.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage a diverse rural property portfolio, including estates, farms, and agricultural businesses.
 * Work alongside the commercial property team, with scope for involvement in commercial management, lettings, and agency.
 * Advise clients on a wide range of professional matters, including landlord & tenant, valuations, planning, and farm business consultancy.
 * Support and grow existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
 * Play a key role in the firm's future growth, with a clear path to partnership.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications
 * MRICS qualified, ideally with several years' post-qualification experience working in a similar role.
 * Registered valuer.
 * Strong rural land management background.
 * Additional commercial property knowledge / experience is highly desirable but is not essential.
 * Excellent communication, business development, and client care skills.
 * Entrepreneurial mind-set with ambition to progress to Partner level.
