Finance Business Analyst within Real Estate - Interim Contract London, UK | Minimum 4 months We are representing a leading client in the property sector who are currently embarking on a major ERP transformation programme. They are implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations to enhance efficiency, establish a robust data governance framework, and redesign target operating models across their business. As part of this transformation, we are seeking experienced Finance Business Analysts with strong Real Estate knowledge to play a pivotal role in documenting the "to be" ways of working that will underpin the successful delivery of this programme. The Role Develop comprehensive process documentation, including Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk and Controls Matrices (RACMs), and process flowcharts. Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts across Finance and Real Estate to capture and define future state processes. Partner with senior stakeholders including the Head of Internal Control and project leadership to design controls, KPIs, and reporting structures. Engage with multi-country teams across Europe to align processes and support change adoption. Contribute to embedding new, standardised ways of working enabled by Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations. Key Skills & Experience Excellent knowledge of leasing and service charges Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex processes. Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation (Visio proficiency preferred). Ability to analyse processes, identify control points, and assess risks. Experienced in stakeholder engagement, working with senior leaders and SMEs across multiple geographies. Project management capability with a track record of meeting deadlines and coordinating multi-stakeholder input. Background in real estate or property management highly desirable.
