Trainee Registered Manager – Children's Home

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and progression)

We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Registered Manager at a well-established children's home in Bradford. This is a rare opportunity to progress into a Registered Manager role with full support, structured training, and a clear development pathway.
About the Role:
As a Trainee Registered Manager, you will:
* Work closely with the current leadership team to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to become Ofsted-registered.
* Support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
* Contribute to staff development, team leadership, and operational management.
* Be mentored through your registration process and transition into a fully registered role.
* Play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.
About You:
You'll be a strong and caring leader with:
* A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 or willingness to work towards it is essential.
* Significant experience in a senior role within a children's residential home.
* A clear understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
* The drive and ambition to become a Registered Manager within 6–12 months.
* A child-focused approach with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
