What We Want You To Do
* Inbound and outbound calls to Clear Business customers to retain and renew contracts.
* Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies.
* Complete all reports, system and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
* Develop an expert level knowledge of Clear Business products, systems and processes.
* Build excellent working relationships across the Clear Business colleague community.
What Success In The Role Looks Like
* Achieve all commercial targets consistently (month-by-month).
* Achieve all agreed activity targets.
* Operate within Clear Business quality guidelines.
* Meet objectives agreed with the Customer Growth Sales Manager.
* Receive above-par scores from customer satisfaction surveys and internal feedback.
What You Need To Have Already Done To Be Right For This Role
* A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B sales, retentions or customer service role.
* Experience negotiating multiple product, price and contract terms with customers.
* A good level of understanding of B2B sales processes.
* A good level of understanding of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales organizations.
* Computer literate with experience of sales CRM and/or Lead Management systems.

* Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt communication styles to individual customers.
* High attention to detail and organisation, with ownership and responsibility for accuracy of own work.

Qualifications And Other Requirements
* Industry experience: Information Technology, Utilities and/or Service provision preferred but not essential.
* Location: Within commuting distance of office location, essential.

Location
Based in our Sale office, South Manchester.
Hours
Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
Hybrid Working Model
The option to work remotely for three days.
