Interaction Recruitment is working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Aylesbury, who are looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter / Assembly Technician to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanical professional to secure a role within a stable and growing company.
🔹 The Role:
1. Mechanical assembly and fitting of engineered components and systems
2. Working from engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions
3. Using a range of hand tools and mechanical fitting equipment
4. Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets specification
5. Working closely with production and engineering teams
🔹 Requirements:
6. Proven experience in mechanical fitting or mechanical assembly
7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
8. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
9. Background in engineering or manufacturing environments preferred
