Fund Monitoring Surveyor North West & Yorkshire Location:Your home base can be anywhere in the North West & Yorkshire (With Occasional Travel to head Office) Salary: £60,000 £75,000 Car Allowance 15% Bonus Benefits A respected consultancy with a growing footprint in development monitoring is seeking a Senior or Associate Monitoring Surveyor to support its expanding workload across the North West & Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with some previous experience in monitoring to join a flexible, regionally focused role offering autonomy and meaningful project work. The workload is primarily focused on residential developments for lenders, with occasional involvement in commercial, industrial, and broader fund monitoring schemes. The role includes site visits and occasional travel to the companys London office. What Youll Do: Deliver lender-focused development monitoring reports Assess project documentation, cost plans, and risk profiles Visit sites to track construction progress and flag issues Build trusted relationships with lender clients, developers, and consultants Provide reliable, commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycle What Youll Need: MRICS qualification Some previous experience in a monitoring surveying capacity Strong commercial understanding and reporting skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Based in the North West or Yorkshire with ability to travel to sites Why This Role?
