Location: East Kent / Hybrid (with travel to Kent-based sites)

You’ll design and deliver innovative attraction campaigns across digital, community and early-careers channels, strengthen the employer value proposition, reduce agency reliance and ensure recruitment is compliant, inclusive and values-aligned.
You’ll also lead and develop a dedicated Talent team, setting the standard for candidate experience while partnering closely with leaders across the organisation to build sustainable workforce pipelines.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape recruitment strategy, partner at senior level, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a sector where great hiring truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing in this Talent / Recruitment Manager role:
* Leading end-to-end recruitment across high-volume frontline and specialist roles
* Designing and delivering attraction strategies across digital, social, community and partnership channels
* Strengthening employer branding, EVP messaging and careers content
* Using insight and data to track pipeline performance and continuously improve outcomes
* Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, onboarding and retention
* Managing and optimising agency relationships to reduce dependency and cost
* Leading, coaching and developing the Talent team
* Supporting international recruitment and integration alongside People colleagues
* Ensuring recruitment processes meet safer recruitment and regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring for this Talent / Recruitment Manager role:
* Strong recruitment leadership experience within a relevant sector with an understanding of challenges facing care and frontline recruitment
* A track record of delivering creative attraction initiatives, including community and early-careers campaigns
* Confidence using ATS platforms, digital attraction tools and social media
* A collaborative, values-led leadership style with strong influencing skills
* A data-driven yet people-focused approach
