We’re currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading contractor with a strong regional presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of high-profile projects across sectors including health, education, and commercial developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead on MEP project financials from pre-construction through to final account
* Oversee commercial reporting, valuations, and risk management
* Draft and negotiate subcontracts
* Mentor and manage junior surveyors
* Work closely with senior management to support project and regional goals
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of the construction and MEP process
* Experience with NEC and JCT contracts
* Proven track record managing cost/value reporting and subcontractor performance
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ideally degree-qualified and RICS or similar (or working towards)
* Experience working on live projects, ideally across healthcare, education, or commercial sectors
