The What...
Here's some of what you will be doing:
* Supporting the Chief Marketing and Technology Officer to implement and evolve the overarching marketing strategy.
* Define and lead the multi-territory marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer growth and revenue across international markets.
* Lead the global organic social strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and tailoring content to resonate with local audience segments across multiple markets
* Build and lead an international content team responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content tailored to the needs of multiple regions, while maintaining global brand cohesion
To be successful, you'll have:
* Minimum 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an international or multi-territory role
* Demonstrable success leading integrated marketing strategies across multi territory brand, digital, content, CRM, and performance marketing
* Proven experience in both centralised (group-level) marketing structures and supporting local market execution
* Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners across multiple countries or regions
* Experience in working closely with territory leaders, business partnering and influencing at all levels, while building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships
* This role is office based and requires international travel
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in the leisure, hospitality, or retail sector.
* CIM qualification or equivalent.
