CALLING OUT our next rockstar EVAthis is for you Role at a Glance Title: Executive Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) Work type: Ideally Hybrid On-site 1-2 days/week Remote 3-4/week Hours: 5 hours per week retainer minimum up to 10 hours per week (2 hrs/day as needed). More on busy weeks. 30 min/day (8:30–9:00 AM UK time) guaranteed up to 2 hrs/day as needed Commitment: Minimum retainer of 5 hours/week. Daily Check-in: 10 mins, 08:30 - 08:40 am Location: Remote (UK time zone required) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Based on experience, efficiency and effectiveness. It will be competitive and fair, with a rate of £15 - £18 per hour. We’re looking for a heart-led, high-performing Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of Life Balance Chiropractic – a purpose-driven business on a mission to heal the world by restoring balance to people's nervous systems and rekindling the human spirit, so they can feel better, move freely, and live more. We achieve this by providing world-class chiropractic care and a differentiated client experience, enabling people to live with greater certainty, possibility, and joy in their lives. This is a part-time remote opportunity for someone friendly, proactive, organised, high-energy, detail-focused, and passionate about creating structure, clarity, and ease for others. You’ll start with a guaranteed daily retainer of 1 hour, which includes email management and a brief 10-minute check-in at 8:30 AM (UK time), as and when needed, Monday to Friday. Additional hours— up to 2-3 hours per day —may be required based on business and personal priorities. You will be reporting, providing administrative support, and performing various general administrative tasks for our CEO. You will represent the company, and therefore, you must have excellent spoken English and a positive, helpful attitude. Ultimately, you should be able to handle organisational projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. What Will I Get Location flexibility with Hybrid/work from home Autonomy of schedule, starting with 30 mins/day and scaling to more as needed Interaction with CEO/Co-founder Personal and skill development. Playbooks and checklists to get from A to B. What Will I Do Process and organise the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings Email detox Process the CEO's email inbox and answer emails x 2 Prepare and have an admin meeting as needed Adhoc Recruitment posting, shortlisting, testing, setting up 1st stage interviews Ad hoc project management of other virtual staff, ensuring company KPIs are high Adhoc Onboarding, engagement, Offboarding as required Ad-hoc admin as needed for personal and professional. This may include travel, accommodation requests, booking, ordering, and paying vendors. Organised & Detail-Driven: You’re highly organised, process-oriented, and never let details slip. You capture preferences, document systems, and never ask the same question twice. Execution & Ownership: You take full responsibility for outcomes, follow through on commitments, and get things done with persistence and discipline—no matter how fast-paced or fluid the day gets. Emotional Intelligence & Coachability: You’re calm, adaptable, and open to feedback. You learn quickly, communicate clearly, and thrive in a supportive, high-standard environment. Collaborative & Tech-Savvy: You work well with others, self-manage effectively, and are comfortable using IT tools like Google Workspace, project management systems, business process management systems and HubSpot CRM.
