You'll assist the Spa Manager to manage all aspects of the spa, from driving retail revenue and health & safety, to ensuring guests receive top‑class service whether they are receiving a single treatment or on a spa weekend break. You will manage a team, lead by example, join them when required, and ensure the team is continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification. Previous experience as a Senior Therapist, Spa Supervisor or Assistant Manager of a spa. Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus. People management experience. Curious to find out more?
