The role
In this position, you’ll work on a varied and high-quality caseload, managing matters independently while having the support of an experienced team around you. Your work will include:
* Progressing litigation cases from pre-issue through to enforcement
* Drafting pleadings, evidence, and other court documentation
* Advising clients on strategy and commercial considerations
* Researching and developing creative, effective solutions to complex legal issues
You’ll act for a wide range of clients, from financial institutions to commercial enterprises, giving you both variety and the opportunity to build strong, trusted relationships.
The ideal candidate
* You will be a 3+ years’ PQE litigation solicitor with a defendant background
* Strong background in consumer credit finance
* Proven experience working with commercial clients
* Skilled communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
