Position: HVAC & Plumbing Account Manager (High Impact Position)

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + Bonus/Incentive (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in Enfield, CT, serving a thriving customer base in the HVAC and plumbing supply space. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a territory of mechanical contractors, plumbing professionals, service companies, and trade businesses
* Develop new business through strategic outreach, cold calling, site visits, and referrals
* Promote a comprehensive catalog of products including:
o HVAC equipment, piping, pumps, fittings, boilers, water heaters, valves, and hydronics systems
* Deliver technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution
* Maintain sales activity records and pipeline progress using CRM software
* Stay current on product updates, vendor offerings, and industry trends
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or industrial distribution
* Deep understanding of mechanical systems, hydronics, and supply chain logistics
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and quoting systems
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region
* Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
