* Tools Proficiency: Confident and safe use of a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

* Materials Knowledge: Understanding of materials used in vehicle interiors, such as plywood, lightweight composites, and insulation.

* Finishing Skills: Experience with sanding, sealing, edge-banding, and trimming for a high-end finish.

* Driving Licence: A full driving licence is mandatory for this role.

Personal Attributes:

* Attention to Detail: A logical approach with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and precision.

* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment, while also working well as part of a multi-trade team.

* Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot fitting issues and adapt designs to real-world vehicle constraints.

* Reliable: Good time management skills with the ability to meet production schedules and deadlines.

* Able to meet the physical demands of the role: Manual handling, working in confined spaces (inside vehicles), and performing hands-on tasks.
