Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at a corporate site in Gloucester. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow established procedures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake all cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor/manager.
* Complete scheduled cleaning duties to the required standard.
* Wear the company uniform and any required personal protective equipment while on duty.
* Comply with all site policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
* Follow the company’s cleaning methods and color-coding policies.
* Report any faults with cleaning equipment or building defects to the supervisor or General Services manager.
* Attend training as required and carry out any reasonable management requests.
* Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with staff and visitors.
