This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and collaborative team in Altrincham.
They are looking for a qualified solicitor who can take on an existing caseload and contribute to a friendly, growing department.
You’ll join a welcoming team known locally for its strong community presence, high-quality work and down-to-earth culture. Who we’re looking for
* 2–6 PQE Private Client Solicitor
* Experience handling your own wills, LPAs and probate caseload
* Broad Private Client experience ideal, but probate-only backgrounds considered
* Self-sufficient, with support available where needed
* Qualified solicitor (essential due to team structure)
* Senior solicitors: able to support and mentor junior lawyers
* Team-focused, professional and client-centred
What you’ll be doing
* Manage a varied private client caseload (wills, LPAs, probate)
* Deliver high-quality, client‑focused advice
* Work closely with a supportive team of solicitors and non-qualified staff
* Take on mentoring responsibilities if more experienced
* Engage with an established local client base
* Attend the office for client appointments (1 day WFH offered otherwise)
* Contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused team culture
