* Location: Filton (minimum 60% onsite)
* Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
* Pay: £28.41/hr (PAYE) or £38.00/hr (Umbrella)
* Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)
* Travel: Occasional travel within Europe

We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Project Management Business Partner to join our dynamic team supporting the A320 family's new development projects. What You’ll Do
* Lead and support projects: Provide expert project management support for the A320 family’s new development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
* Collaborate across borders: Work closely with project leaders and a diverse network of stakeholders across all divisions, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
* Drive project excellence: Oversee project set‑up, governance, integrated planning, and performance management – including schedule, cost and resource control.
* Facilitate success: Prepare for project gates and reviews, manage interdependencies, and identify and follow up on risks and opportunities.
* Champion teamwork: Facilitate workshops, support team development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Report and communicate: Deliver clear, concise updates and performance reports to stakeholders at all levels.
Essential
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in project management within complex organisations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to see both the big picture and the finer details.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Organised, with the ability to structure and drive projects forward.
Desirable
* Experience in the aerospace sector, especially with A320 or single‑aisle aircraft.
* Familiarity with digital tools and agile ways of working.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
