TELLER VACANCY Dungannon Credit Union is seeking applications from self-motivated individuals who want to be part of a growing organisation. This is a full-time permanent position requiring candidates to work 34.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday. Successful candidates will be required to provide professional, friendly & efficient front line services to members through a variety of channels. Report to the Manager and be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative & operational activities that contribute to delivering first class member service and to the effective running of the Credit Union. Key Responsibilities Assist members with all aspects of Credit Union business. Accurate & diligent handling of cash & reconciling daily balances. Process member applications and transactions. Successfully resolve account queries. Arrange payment options for members. General office administration. Essential Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills & proven ability in delivering outstanding member service (proficiency in both spoken and written English language is a requirement). An aptitude for numeracy, cash handling and balancing. Ability to work as part of a team & use own initiative to meet deadlines. Computer Literate. Strong administration & problem solving abilities. Minimum of 5 GCSEs achieving grades C or above including English & Mathematics. Proof of the right to work in the UK will be required as part of pre-employment checks.
