Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at Killeavy Castle Estate. In this full-time, on-site role located in Newry, you will lead a team to ensure outstanding customer experiences, supervise food service operations, develop staff through training programs, manage budgets, and maintain the Estate's high standards. You will collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable dining experiences and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
* Strong Customer Service skills to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Experience in Team Training and development initiatives
* Proficiency in Budgeting and optimizing cost-effectiveness
* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
* A passion for fine dining and delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
* Experience working in luxury hospitality or related environments is an advantage
* A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field is beneficial
