This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced frontline Social Worker with MASH experience to join a supportive and stable service with strong partnership working across agencies. About the Role Working within the Front Door Service, you will be responsible for screening and triaging referrals to inform safeguarding decisions and determine the appropriate course of action for children and families. This is a non-caseholding role requiring strong analytical skills, confident decision-making, and the ability to work effectively within timescales. The team works closely with partner agencies within a multi-agency hub environment, offering excellent collaboration and support.
