Prepare the team for new renter rights and regulations. Organize and analyze data systems. Increase awareness among management and council members. Update and implement policies and processes. Lead and support related programs and policies. Represent the council in housing regulation meetings. Person Specifications Must Have: Experience in housing standards and regulations. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with management. Experience in policy development and implementation. Nice to Have: Experience in partnership meetings. Knowledge of current and upcoming renter rights.
