Brightwork is recruiting for an Administrator to work with our client, a well‑known organization based in Girvan.
Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and update data accurately and process/allocate via internal management systems.
* Solve departmental queries to ensure process compliance.
* Confidently update and pull data from Excel spreadsheets.
* Collate data to support effective communication of KPI information across the business.
* Accurately create export documents to support the wider team.
* Monitor progress of deliveries alongside internal and external departments.
* Work closely with business units to ensure smooth delivery of service to end clients.
Qualifications
* Experience working within an administrative function.
* Confidence liaising with stakeholders across all levels.
* Confidence working with all MS Office packages and ability to pick up processes with ease.
* Ability to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment.
Job type: Ongoing temporary assignment, Monday to Friday business hours during a peak period.
