Manage formally requested enabling works through the contract change process. Identify opportunity for sustainability, carbon reduction or other efficiency and develop implementation options with IP for consideration of implementation. Providing/sourcing expert advice to HOE to support decision making. Manage and assure delivery of Statutory, regulatory, mandatory, and contracted obligations for Services delivered by the PFI IP to ensure full compliance. Input regular updates of analysis on financial tracking through changes and KPIs.
