I’m supporting a confidential freelance requirement for an experienced Business Affairs professional with strong exposure to campaign delivery, rights, usage, licensing and production-related contracts.
This would suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced marketing, advertising, creative, production or content-led environment and is confident supporting teams on the commercial and contractual side of live projects.
The work will involve:
* Reviewing and managing production-related contracts
* Supporting talent, supplier, freelancer and licensing agreements
* Advising on usage rights, renewals, clearances and commercial risk
* Working closely with production, creative and finance stakeholders
* Keeping documentation, approvals and project risk well controlled
* Helping teams move quickly while protecting the business commercially
Ideal background:
* Business Affairs, production legal, rights, licensing or commercial contracts experience
* Strong understanding of usage rights, IP, talent, music and supplier agreements
* Experience in advertising, creative, marketing, production or content environments
* Comfortable working at pace across multiple live projects
* Available on a freelance/interim basis
