For a Production Operative this is a perfect time to join a well-established company based in South Cerney. As the Production Operative your role will be to manufacture bespoke products on the production line, assembling and quality checking manufacture products. This Production Operative role will offer a 3-shift rotation pattern consisting of early, lates and nights, those being: Monday – Friday 06:00am – 14:00pm,14:00pm – 22:00pm & 22:00pm- 06:00am. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company on a full-time basis. Full training will be given. Temporary to permanent for the right candidate. Pre 12 weeks’ pay: £13.70. Post 12 weeks’ pay: £18.20. A brief overview of the role: Location - South Cerney £13.70-£18.20 per hour Monday – Friday Rotational Shift 06:00am – 14:00pm &14:00pm – 22:00pm & 22:00pm-06:00am. Free onsite parking Pension Lunch facilities Your role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties: Quality checking all goods prior to dispatch Liaising with supervisors if there are any faults Running safety checks on machinery Machine operating safety and efficiently Preparing products for dispatch - making boxes / packaging / labelling Loading pallets for delivery Working on the assembly line Some degree of heavy lifting will be required General warehouse housekeeping duties The ideal candidate for the Production Operative position will have: Production operative experience is extremely essential Full UK Driving License Quality control experience Good communication skills Good team worker Good attention to detail Keen eye for detail Commutable from: Swindon, Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett, South Cerney, Cirencester, Stroud and surrounding areas Likeminded job titles: assembly operative, line operative, production assistant, manufacturing operative, production operator & quality assistant
