Key Duties
1. Manage and lead a team of pharmacy professionals, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
2. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service, providing advice, and building strong relationships with patients.
4. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and safety of pharmaceuticals.
5. Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Package and Benefits
* £26 per hour
* Working hours of Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
* Ideally work Saturday morning (9am-1pm)
* 5 weeks holiday per annum including bank holidays
* Bonus scheme available
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council and the right to work in the UK.
* Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy.
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
