We are seeking a compassionate and creative Primary Teacher to join our specialist SEN school in Bow, supporting pupils aged 5-11 with complex learning needs, autism, communication difficulties, and sensory processing needs.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons
Support pupils with EHCPs and complex needs
Work closely with therapists, support staff, and families
Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Use communication approaches such as PECS, Makaton, or AAC where appropriateWe are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience working within SEN settings or with complex needs
Is patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
