Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Freelance Video Content Creator to bring our vision to life on Instagram and TikTok. This role is key in capturing the heart of our movement, telling powerful stories, and producing dynamic video content that inspires, engages, and grows our online community.
Responsibilities
* Film, edit, and produce short-form video content tailored for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
* Work with our team to brainstorm creative video concepts that align with campaigns, events, and programs.
* Capture behind-the-scenes moments, rehearsals, and performances in an engaging way.
* Edit videos with strong pacing, trending sounds, captions, and transitions that resonate with our target audience.
* Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and features to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Deliver high-quality content consistently and on time.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand voice and mission are reflected in all content.
Qualifications
* Proven experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok content (portfolio or examples required).
* Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva or similar).
* Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and storytelling techniques.
* Creative eye for filming movement, dance, and performance.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Passion for the arts and interest in youth empowerment through creative expression.
