Job Title: Social Worker - Adults Single Point of Access
Location: Wrexham
Pay Rate: £46.62 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adults Single Point of Access team, based in Wrexham.
What will your responsibilities be?
The Adults SPOA (Single Point of Access) serves as the front door to Adult Social Care
It is responsible for screening and responding to all referrals made to the service
Determines next steps for each referral
Provides signposting to appropriate services
Coordinates the offer of Information, Advice, and Assistance wherever possibleBenefits:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
