In this role as a Support Technician, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, giving advice on suitable parts, services and solutions for various Electronic Control Units, as well as liaising between customers and the internal technical teams.
This role would suit a support technician, with experience in the automotive industry as a diagnostic technician for Electronic Control Units. Preferable skills in communication and decision making.
