We have an exciting opportunity for a individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle with Loughborough College Group based at Brooksby College.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering lessons that cover a broad range of engineering skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
* Supporting the development of our curriculum, particularly in emerging areas like vehicle electrification and alternative fuels.
* Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve our automotive offering and exceed learner and employer expectations.
Qualifications
* Possesses a degree in a relevant subject area (or equivalent).
* Has experience of designing and delivering vocational/academic programmes to learners.
* Able to demonstrate excellent planning, administration & organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to work effectively in a small cross‑curricular team.
* Relevant automotive industry experience is essential, and a teaching qualification is desirable.
* If new to teaching, will receive tailored training and mentoring.
