Assistant Manager - Bar & Restaurant Accommodation Available | Immediate Interviews Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum Hours: 45-50 hours per week Accommodation: Private caravan available with bills and high-speed internet included Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a busy bar and restaurant within a high-quality hospitality and leisure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing teams, and leading from the front. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the management of the bar and restaurant operation Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high service standards Acting as Duty Manager for the wider complex when required Opening and closing the business, cash handling and cashing up Supervising, motivating and developing team members Training new starters and supporting ongoing staff development Allocating daily tasks and ensuring smooth service delivery Supporting compliance, health & safety and operational procedures Working closely with senior management to drive standards and guest satisfaction About You: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality Strong background in restaurants, hotels, quality food-led venues or premium leisure operations Passionate about guest service and team development Confident leading shifts and making operational decisions Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to learn wider aspects of the business What We Offer: ✅ Salary up to £31,000 per annum ✅ Accommodation package available ✅ Bills and high-speed internet included ✅ Immediate interviews available ✅ Opportunity to join a growing and successful hospitality business ✅ Long-term career development opportunities Candidates with experience from hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, resorts, holiday parks and premium hospitality venues are encouraged to apply.
