As a Senior Legal Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind Executive Hunt's growth, acquiring high-profile clients, orchestrating seamless placements, and generating substantial revenue. Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
* Develop and nurture strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior partners in top US law firms.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities by showcasing Executive Hunt’s value and expertise.
* Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring smooth, efficient recruitment processes that foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
* Oversee the 360 recruitment process, from innovative sourcing to successful placement of associate and partner-level talent.
* Conduct in-depth screenings and assessments to perfectly match candidates with client needs, maximising satisfaction and success rates.
* Implement best practices to boost candidate engagement, creating exceptional experiences that set Executive Hunt apart.
Operational Excellence
* Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate client satisfaction.
* Track and report on key performance metrics, including placement rates, revenue generated, and business development pipelines.
* Collaborate with our internal team to refine strategies, innovate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
* Stay ahead of legal market trends to provide strategic insights and advisory value to clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
* Proven track record of high-value placements at Associate and/or Partner level in law firms, or comparable senior-level recruitment success – we're seeking top billers who deliver results.
* Strong knowledge of the US legal market, including its nuances, trends, and key players.
* Native or fluent English with exceptional communication skills, enabling confident engagement with senior US law firm partners.
Key Skills
* Confidence, credibility, and gravitas to influence and build trust with senior legal professionals.
* Strong business development drive, with a laser focus on revenue generation, repeat business, and closing deals.
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup, mastering digital tools for global collaboration.
* Expertise in outbound outreach strategies, including targeted headhunting, cold outreach, and relationship-building to engage high-value candidates and clients.
