Residential Team Leader
We are seeking a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader to join our team at Shaw Healthcare located at Trenewydd, Brecon. The role supports older people with physical frailty and dementia through residential and nursing care.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support throughout the shift to promote best practice.
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
* Report changes in residents' needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* Completed or working towards an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
* Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

Contract Details
Salary: £15.70 per hour
Hours: 35 hour contract & 35 hour fixed‑term 6 months
Shift Times: 09:30 pm – 07:30 am
