Flexibility: Additional hours may be required to cover colleagues annual leave or sickness
Salary: £25,174.50 per annum (pro rata)

About Kingsinch Medical Practice
Kingsinch Medical Practice is a supportive, wellestablished GP surgery providing highquality care to our local community. Our team includes four GP Partners, a longterm GP Locum, Practice Manager, Administration Supervisor, Practice Nurse, Healthcare Assistant and an experienced administration team. We also work closely with HSCP colleagues to deliver pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy and Community Link Worker services.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Practice Administrator to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative support during our busy afternoon period, ensuring a professional and efficient service for patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acting as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and by telephone
2. Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries
3. Processing repeat prescription requests and supporting pharmacotherapy workflows
4. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including Docman tasks
5. Maintaining accurate patient records using the Vision clinical system
6. Providing general administrative support to clinicians and the wider team
7. Contributing to a positive, professional and patientfocused environment
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
10. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Confident IT user; experience with Vision is desirable
12. Commitment to confidentiality and highquality patient service
13. Ability to work well as part of a team
Desirable
14. Previous experience in a GP practice or healthcare setting
15. Understanding of NHS processes, terminology and primary care workflows
