Role Overview
As Head of Technology Operations, you will be responsible for delivering the club’s technology strategy, ensuring robust operations, and leading a high-performing team to keep systems and data secure, reliable, and efficient—supporting the club’s performance both on and off the pitch.
This role requires a deeply technical, hands-on leader capable of managing strategic delivery, operational service management, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring technology underpins excellence in all club activities. You will be involved in both strategy and delivery.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a technology leadership role with responsibility for operations, infrastructure, and service management.
* Deep technical expertise across various systems and a strong background in IT service delivery.
