No previous experience in this exact role? No problem We're keen to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

* Be the Ultimate Host: Greet students, agents, and visitors with a warm smile and help them feel at ease from day one.
* Make Their Day: Answer questions, resolve complaints, and assist with all aspects of their stay.
* Keep Things Running Smoothly: Monitor reception, welfare, social programs, and study centre operations to deliver a high level of student satisfaction.
* Create Lasting Impressions: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and spotless centre that's brimming with positive vibes.
* Drive Success: Work with our teams to boost sales, auxiliary revenue, and student enrolments.
* Be Social: Promote the school's activities and programs on social media.
* Stay Connected: Provide up-to-date information to students through emails, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
* Support Our Students' Welfare: Offer an extra layer of care, especially for under-18 students, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
* Answer the Call: Take turns managing the emergency phone on weekends to assist students and providers when needed.

What You Bring:

* A natural flair for customer service—friendly, professional, and calm under pressure.
* Stellar communication skills in English (bonus points if you can wow us in other languages like Arabic, Portuguese, or Taiwanese).
* Commercial savvy with a knack for boosting sales and keeping things profitable.
* Superb organisation and multitasking skills, with an eagle eye for details.
* A team-player attitude and enthusiasm for making every moment count.
* You don't need to be a tech-wiz, but your IT skills need to be solid, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office, email systems, and databases.

Bonus Superpowers (Not Essential, but Amazing):

* Experience or training in welfare or customer services.
* A passion for international education and understanding of EFL (English as a Foreign Language).

Important Details:

This role includes occasional evening and weekend work (on a rota basis). Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
