£30,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
Wimbledon Head Office Base
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (full-time, in-person role)

Job brief:
We seek an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Officer to support our Team Manager in leading our recruitment and compliance team. The role involves attracting and vetting healthcare professionals, supervising and coaching team members, and managing onboarding processes, especially during our growth phase. Experience in healthcare recruitment and team leadership is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Follow recruitment procedures, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Review and optimize the current pool of carers.
* Supervise and report on team performance, coaching to meet KPIs.
* Ensure sufficient skilled carers are available to meet company growth.
* Fulfill all recruitment and regulatory requirements.
* Implement new sourcing channels, including social media.
* Mentor team members on interviewing and selection.
* Collaborate with other departments to forecast hiring needs.
* Participate in job fairs and community outreach events.
* Build relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and charities.
* Explore use of Apprenticeship Levy for recruitment or training.
Requirements:
* High-volume healthcare recruitment experience.
* Knowledge of health and social care regulations.
* Experience with industry software and database management.
* Strong social media and professional network skills.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
