Your main duties will include: Acting as a core team member supporting finance administration, covering areas such as bookkeeping and basic costing principles Preparing and processing invoice and supporting with payroll and expenses as required Gaining an insight into general finance processes and principles within a busy Finance team; and Providing ad hoc support in a variety of finance related tasks to the team as required Maintain and update appropriate files, to ensure that the team has access to the most up to date information Draft correspondence as required by colleagues The training you will be getting The apprenticeship is delivered in line with Apprenticeship Standard ST0608 - Accounts or Finance Assistant and will be delivered in conjunction with the training provider, Lakes College.
