Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 base + £160,000 – £220,000 OTE (uncapped) + benefits

The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across the UK and wider EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing strategic enterprise opportunities — with a particular focus on large retail and consumer-facing organisations.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive full-cycle enterprise sales: from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities within enterprise accounts.
* Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level, VP, and Director) across multiple industries, with an emphasis on retail and e-commerce.
* Develop a deep understanding of the product suite to deliver value-driven presentations and demos.
* Partner with internal teams to shape proposals, RFPs, and enterprise agreements.
* Accurately forecast and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (occasional travel required).
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in SaaS or communications technology.
* Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-pound quotas in complex sales cycles.
* Experience selling into large retail or consumer-facing enterprises is highly desirable.
* Strong network and understanding of enterprise buying processes.
* Self-starter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first setup while collaborating effectively with global teams.
