Overview
Role: Staff. Location: London (hybrid). Sector: Nuclear.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage EcoSys configuration activities to ensure optimal functionality across the project.
* Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), including integration with P6 scheduling codes.
* Align cost structures to scheduled activities to ensure accurate cost control and forecasting.
* Drive the implementation of digital solutions and systems that create value across capital projects and asset management programmes.
* Apply advanced knowledge of cost systems and digital tools to improve performance, reporting, and transparency.
* Perform regular cost control analysis and system assurance reviews independently.
* Support the rollout and adoption of cost monitoring standards, techniques, and reporting protocols.
* Contribute to cost baseline allocation, ongoing cost control, and reporting for specific disciplines or project segments.
* Ensure cost reports are consistent, accurate, and aligned with project timelines and scope.
* Prepare cost studies based on historical data, statistical methods, and quantity analysis.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Degree or equivalent in Business Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
* Strong working knowledge of EcoSys, including extensive configuration experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in project cost control and change management processes within a major project environment.
* Proven ability to manage cost alignment with schedule activities, including P6 integration.
* Experience implementing digital project controls solutions.
* Advanced understanding of cost management system architecture and reporting tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
* Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction, and startup (EPC) workflows.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable
* Experience in major nuclear, energy, or infrastructure projects.
* Professional certification in project controls, cost engineering, or related fields.
