Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

This supply classroom support role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in varied environments and wants a flexible schedule. Whether you’re helping pupils stay engaged, supporting small groups, or assisting the class teacher with daily routines, this role allows you to make a meaningful impact across different primary schools in the Haywards Heath area.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and adaptable Classroom Support Assistants to join our supply team. Each placement offers a new setting, new pupils and fresh opportunities to support learning in a positive and rewarding way.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils with learning, engagement and confidence in the classroom
* Assisting teachers with activities, routines and behaviour support
* Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support where needed
* Helping pupils stay focused and involved throughout the school day
* Creating a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Adapting to different schools, year groups and classroom styles
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (education, SEN, youth work, care or similar)
* A patient, supportive and proactive approach
* Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Someone dependable, adaptable and ready to get involved
