We’re seeking a Customer Care Technician to join a leading residential developer in Plymouth. This permanent role offers excellent stability, variety, and a strong package.
The Role
* Carrying out new home handovers and demonstrations
* Supporting customers through the move-in process
* Fixing minor defects and completing snagging works
* Liaising with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
* Feeding back to site teams to help maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in trades/maintenance, with excellent finishing skills
* Strong communication and customer-facing ability
* A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
