Accounts Administrator Circa £28,000 Monday – Friday Manchester Accounts Administrator Skills, Experience, and education required: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a FMCG food environment - Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator - Strong Communication skills - Good admin skills including – excel, PowerPoint and word skills - Knowledge of Food Manufacturing market. Accounts Administrator Key Responsibilities and Duties As an Accounts Administrator, you will be: - Ensure the smooth delivery and execution of all retail commercial activity - Through excellent customer interaction and relationship management deliver seamless and efficient day to day communication between accounts and the business - Oversea and co-ordinate accurate and robust planning and forecasting of all key retail commercial accounts - To enhance and develop the reputation of the business in all engagements with customers - Support the Commercial accounts manager and sales directors in the delivery and securing of existing and new commercial opportunities into the business - To co-ordinate and liaise with all functions to ensure well costed and accurate products are available to customers - Develop and deliver accurate and robust sales forecasts across all accounts for effective business planning purposes - Work cross functionally with all other internal departments to ensure commercial requirements are well communicated and co-ordinated - Play an important co-ordination role in the on boarding of new business into the business model - Carry out administrative support around all commercial accounts – listings, briefs, pricing files, costings
