My client, a market-leading multidisciplinary Civil and Environmental Consultancy, is seeking a Flood Risk Consultant to join their innovative team. This role offers hybrid working from Shrewsbury.
Applicants should have a strong academic background in Hydrology, Civil, or Water Engineering, with experience working for a UK-based Consultancy or Water Company, specifically in flood risk assessments or hydrological assessments.
It is beneficial for applicants to reside locally to attend site visits in flood risk areas.
This exciting opportunity allows candidates to join an experienced team working on flood risk assessments, catchment management, surface water, nutrient neutrality, re-wilding, and natural flood management projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies, and Government Bodies in the local area.

1. Flood Risk Assessments

4. Re-wetting farmland and wetland creation
5. Surface water management plans
6. Large-scale catchment management plans
7. Nutrient neutrality assessments
