As part of the leadership team, the Nursery Support Manager will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring excellence in care and compliance with all operational standards. What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential. Previous experience in a nursery leadership role, such as Deputy Nursery Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development. Confident, professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in all aspects of nursery operations. Maintain and promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment in line with the EYFS framework. Provide mentoring and supervision to staff, supporting development and best practice. Ensure nursery policies and procedures are consistently followed across all rooms. Assist with staff schedules, room planning, and daily operational logistics.
